GTT Energy receives an order from Hanwha Ocean for the tank design of two new LNG Carriers

Paris, 14 October 2026 – GTT Energy, the Group’s business unit dedicated to containment and energy management systems, announces that it has received, in the third quarter of 2026, an order from the Hanwha Ocean shipyard for the design of cryogenic tanks for two new liquefied natural gas carriers.

Each vessel will have a total capacity of 174,000 m³. The tanks will be fitted with the NO96 Super+ membrane containment system, a technology developed by GTT.

Delivery of the vessels is scheduled by the fourth quarter of 2029.
